Bodybuilding Tip #55

Many Small Meals > One Large Meal
Consuming many small meals throughout the day is more beneficial to your body than consuming one or two gigantic meals. The smaller meals will help increase your body's metabolism, won't over load your digestive system, and will promote a healthier and leaner you. Try it and tell me how you feel big guns!

Bodybuilding Tip #48:

Structure of Protein
Ok Chachi, so you're thinking about finding the protein that's right for you? Well, here are the differences between types of protein:

Whey: Makes up 20% of milk protein. Digests quickly. Good for post workout.
Whey Concentrate: Not as pure, usually 75-85% protein, 15-25% carbs and fat
Whey Protein Isolate: More pure, usually 90-98% protein, 2-10% carbs and fat
Whey Protein Hydrolysate: Made through hydrolysis, very easy to digest.

Casein: Makes up 80% of milk protein. Slower to digest.
Caseinate: Easiest casein protein to digest. Created by adding sodium, potassium, or calcium.
Hydrolyzed Casein: Increases digestibility.
Micellar Casein: A slower digesting protein, good for before bed.

Egg White: Very high quality protein. Rich with Branch-Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) and Arginine (an amino acid). Easy to digest. Make sure the egg white protein is made from pasteurized egg whites to encourage metabolic processes.

Bodybuilding Tip # 47:

Doc and Marty at the Clock Tower
The longer your body carries excess fat or muscle mass, the more your body learns from that and accepts it as 'normal'. So you want to change your body for the better? Don't wait, Doc!!
